Michael Tagliavia, Principal
With over two decades of experience in architectural design, construction management, and high-end delivery, Michael Tagliavia founded EstateHaus to serve as a dedicated advocate and strategic partner for discerning homeowners, family offices, and real estate investors. His expertise extends into construction advisory and estate management, ensuring comprehensive support for his clients.
Throughout his career, Michael has worked on some of the most complex and detail-driven luxury projects in the Hamptons and beyond—beginning hands-on in the field, advancing through architectural practice, and ultimately leading large-scale construction and estate operations. This extensive background in property oversight allows him to guide projects holistically, acting as the owner’s representative and project CEO from initial concept through construction, completion, and long-term stewardship.
As Principal of EstateHaus, Michael and his team collaborate closely with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure clarity of decision-making, disciplined financial oversight, and seamless execution at every stage. His expertise in architectural design, submittals, construction administration, and general contracting enables him to align design intent with constructability, schedules, and budgets—while protecting the client’s interests at all times.
Michael is positioned as an Associate member of the AIA | American Institute of Architecture and an active member of the Southampton Architectural Review Board, where he is responsible for the review and approval of residential and commercial projects in accordance with town design standards. This regulatory insight further strengthens his ability to anticipate approvals, mitigate risk, and maintain momentum on complex projects.
